Researched and drafted legal memoranda on charitable trust compliance and public charity oversight under M.G.L. c. 12, sections 8 to 8M. Analyzed governance, fiduciary, and regulatory questions under Massachusetts nonprofit and charitable trust law, verified authority in Lexis across successive drafts, and delivered work product with change logs and open-issue summaries.

- WCFO International, Atlanta and Guangzhou. Manager at the first North American office of a $100 million Hong Kong headquartered conglomerate: company formation, hiring, executive immigration, and coordination with global offices. Sales pipeline exceeding $10 million for Fortune 500 clients.
- Original Life Ltd., Shanghai. CEO and co-founder, agriculture technology (aquaponics). As a foreign national with no separate legal staff, personally responsible for the company’s registration and my own status in China.
